Hotel stay and quad bike safari trips

Fantastic time at the cleopatra luxury resort rooms were incredibly clean and spacious no issues to raise at all food was as expected considering it’s a relatively busy resort although having ample space around the multiple pools was never an issue Mohammed was also a key part of our trip and again went above and beyond interacting with the family and children Thankyou MO . *If your coming to this hotel I highly recommended speaking to Hamza for quad bike safari trips very well priced and without a doubt the best trip you can go on in sharm el sheikh , hamza went above and beyond for our family he honestly was a highlight of our trip and we cannot thank him enough.*

A truly wonderful experience with my husband and daughter. My deepest thanks and respect to all the staff at Cleopatra Luxury Resorts, without exception, from reception to the speed of service. The place is beautiful, modern, sophisticated, and clean, with a fantastic location. You feel like you're surrounded by family. Thank you, Mr. Hammam Security, Mohamed Ragab, Mohamed Ramadan, Mohamed Shehata, Mohamed Reda, Balaziz Salah Samir, and Mohamed Yasser. Your kindness and professionalism in the restaurant and the chef were truly exceptional. The food was delicious and varied. And I mustn't forget Mohamed the lifr gard , who was hardworking, dedicated, and committed to the safety of the guests. This experience, in every detail, has made me want to visit Sharm El Sheikh again. Long live Egypt! A thousand thanks!

Amazing place

I had an amazing stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The resort is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food offered a great variety with excellent quality. A special thank you to the receptionist Mohamed Masoud for making our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We visited the reception every day with all kinds of questions, and he always greeted us with a smile, patiently answered every question, and made sure we had everything we needed. His kindness, knowledge, and exceptional customer service truly stood out and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. He is a real asset to the hotel, and we sincerely appreciate all his help. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable! The pools and beach were fantastic, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. What truly made the experience special was the outstanding hospitality—everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I highly recommend Cleopatra Luxury Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I will definitely be coming back!
