Excellent hotel with very efficient and kind staff. Everybody at the hotel was friendly and helpful but I would like to mention Patricia as we talked mostly with her. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet. It had a lively balcony and was close to a very quiet and charming square with nice restaurants and cafes. It was very close to the train stop that leads straight to the centre. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Attention!! The worst hotel I have ever experienced. Read along: Upon arrival it was made clear to me that we were absolutely not allowed to make any noise, not to talk too loudly and the TV should not be too loud. All fine, the first morning I woke up to drilling noises in the building! So I was told that I should not make any noise and the hotel did not mention that they themselves had construction work in the morning. Furthermore, the rooms are very noisy (now I understand the comment not to make any noise) you literally hear everything (the cleaning lady who cleans the rooms next to you in the morning sounds like she is vacuuming next to you) Furthermore, our passes miraculously stopped working twice... The elevator takes an average of 5 minutes to arrive (if you have difficulty walking I would reject this hotel for this reason alone) I travel the world for my work and often sleep in hotels for that reason. I have never experienced this before. Not to mention the arrogance of the staff when you say something about it. Madam could arrange another hotel, how about being honest and transparent. You are better off sleeping outside than dealing with these people.
