If I could give a 0 I would , All I can say it is a dump . Booked half board. No chief at night . Partner likes a spa and Turkish bath this was on website and love holidays website but place has not got it now . Failed advertising. First room was shocking and second one not much better. The balcony door did not shut properly and a cat got in through the night and scared my partner she screamed . Would not recommend to any,

Horrifying! At 3AM the owners pounded on our door, screamed insults and threats (‘my dad will k*** you, f*** y***’) because their cat had entered our room. No apology – only aggression, abuse, and being thrown out in the middle of the night. Completely unsafe, stay away!

Just returned home from one of the most awful places I’ve ever visited. Was put in a room on the top floor which I can only describe as a crack house. Bathroom smelled like 2week old cat litter. Asked 3 times to move rooms as the smell was overwhelming. After absolutely losing my temper on the poor man at reception was put in a first floor room which was less awful but still not good. If I could give some positive feedback it would be the location is 3 minutes from town and the pool was ok. Breakfast utter rubbish didn’t eat there after day one. What a shame as this place could be really good if only they took some pride in there hotel
