No hot water. The staff didnt care. Staff dont speak English Bad food, you have to ask for food in the dinner. It takes a lot of time to get it. Terrible experience!! Find another hotel if you want value for your money. We made a mistake.!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is average and what you'd expect at the price. But what you can't know if it's going to be your first visit is that the construction of the rooms is such that you can hear everything from the rooms on either side. The walls must be made of cardboard. Talking, TV, telephone, toilet, snoring, etc. Never experienced such a total transmission of next rooms' sounds before. Avoid this hotel if you value your sleep!

Stayed a total of three non-consecutive nights. No soundproofing and fairly thin walls: no street noise, but plenty from hallways and adjacent rooms (the hotel seems to cater to group tours). Only one tiny elevator, which ostensibly can carry up to 6 people (480 kg). In reality it can't handle more than three people with luggage, which creates long lines Spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows. AC very difficult to adjust, either nothing or full force (the fan speed can only be adjusted from the front desk). Only one power jack, conveniently placed above the desk. Bathroom with hardly any shelf space, tiny shower cabin, good water pressure. Average wifi. Ok breakfast.
