Ideal for beach vacationers, active vacationers, families, young people and singles, this apartment hotel is situated in a quiet area in Puerto del Carmen, right by the beach. Right outside the door are bars, restaurants, shops and public transportation stops. The apartment complex was modernized in 2023. The complex has 137 apartments, 107 single rooms and 30 double rooms located in two 2-story buildings. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe, an ATM, medical assistance, 24-hour room service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. A bicycle rental service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also reserve wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The complex has non-smoking rooms.

Lovely resort however the sunbed situation is ridiculous, not enough umbrellas, which are very much needed when travelling with children. Beds chained up until who knows what time as not consistent with timings, could be before 9, or sometimes just before 10. People waiting around to claim a spot for their sunbeds to go
We recently stayed here. We had a lovely ground floor pool view room. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are friendly. Location is perfect which is what makes it worth the stay. To repeat what others said the sunbed situation was unfortunate. Upon arrival we were told towels would be removed from beds if you had been gone longer than 40 mins and there was no reserving of beds which was fine . However it became apparent that this wasn’t the case and towels were still being left over night and beds reserved. Also other apartments on the ground floor seemed to have beds on there terrace so it didn’t seem fair. After a few days they started to chain the beds up and they would stack them in different areas. The problem with this was they jetwash the pool side so late on in the morning and it takes him forever to do that you can’t get a bed until gone 10am. The other issue is if your on the ground floor on one side you don’t get a chance to get the beds as he unlocks them all before he even gets to jet wash this side so you can’t grab a bed as you have to wait for him to get to your side and by this point the beds have gone so we also resorted to putting them on our terrace as others had also done so and been allowed to. I can’t for the life of me work out why they clean so late on in the morning it makes no sense people want to be up and about when it’s so hot. The other issue with being on the ground floor is people would quote happily put their beds out Infront of your room and block your access in and out it would make more sense for that space to be available to those who have the ground floor rooms, also don’t understand why people would want someone walking over them to get back to their room. Then there is the life guard! What a jobs worth! He would pick snd chose when he fancied setting out rules of what kids could be in the big pool and what kids couldn’t he was rude and most of the time sat where he couldn’t even see the baby pool yet he was sending the kids to that pool as a life guard he knows that it doesn’t matter how deep the water is kids can still drown but ushered them in there like sardines. If your prepared to fight for a bed and want to have the luxury of being on the ground floor and having to ask people to move from blocking your entrance then this is the place for you. It’s such a shame as it is a beautiful clean hotel with a brilliant location.
Just returned from an 8 night stay in the Bluesea Playa club. We had a one bed room apartment with pool view, which was spacious, for 2 adults and one child. The apartment itself was spotless and cleaned every two days. The poolside bar had enough for snacks and drinks. Right beside the main pool was a doorway down to a Hiperdino which you could pick up anything needed at reasonable prices. There is also a little bar/restaurant at the main entrance. Drinks and food in this were also very good. The location is excellent, can't fault it. Located opposite The Casino, there are plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby. We also got a taxi up the Old Town costing around €4 it's also walkable as we walked back. We visited the Rancho Texas park. The park itself was worth the trip and we spent the full day there. There was an issue with sun beds being taken and people leaving the towels on them overnight. This was an issue at the start of the holiday but fairplay to staff as they put a stop to this by removing all towels one morning. This seemed to reset how people approached the sun beds and people only got them in the morning or when needed. Staff on site were all lovely, couldn't fault any interaction we had with them. We also got access to a room to change and shower late on our last day which allowed us to still enjoy the day on site once checked out. All in all a great holiday and would definitely return.
