Bluesea Bahia de Lobos

Stayed here from the 19th-26th July. Having read the reviews, I was a bit wary but we had nothing to worry about and I have no idea what all the bad reviews are about. We were a family of 4 with 2 grown up kids and not one of us had a complaint. The rooms are very spacious with housekeeping everyday. The reception staff are the friendliest I’ve ever met and always had a smile and an hello if you walked past. The food was lovely. Even English sausage at breakfast with scrambled eggs , fried eggs and omelette made in front of you. Always warm and great selection which changed everyday for all meals. Snacks wasn’t great but don’t really need them. Restaurant staff constantly cleaning and busy but still pleasant. Hotel entertainment is standard and not much seating for size of the hotel but we went out so didn’t affect us. Only one cocktail per day on ai but we just selected what’s spirits and juice etc we wanted and they were made for us. Gordon’s pink gin included in ai which I was very pleased with 😊. Brilliant location and had a brilliant time.

Nice hotel in a great location Room are a good size Food is very basic breakfast and lunch are ok but tea not so great Did not like the need to pay 1 euro for a glass at the bar then needing to queue if you wanted a clean cup The cleaners was very rude and came into the rooms very early The entertainment is non existent not much for kids to do The evening entertainment is rubbish and staff in a evening are rude Music stops at the pool at 4pm! We was not able to keep our room on as we had a later flight the facilities for a shower / getting changed are shocking

Had a nice relaxing 10 night stay at the Bahia de Lobos with Jet2. Room was very spacious and cleaned every day. Staff were very friendly and hard working Pool areas were kept lovely and the water temperature perfect, (we used the quieter smaller upper pool) where it was generally mostly adults. The all inclusive food and drinks were of good quality and plentiful. The daytime entertainment was very low key and mostly centred around the main pool, nighttime entertainment ok, although there's not really enough outside seating on a hot evening. Having said that, there is such a choice of things to do in the evening in Corralejo that we didn't usually stay at the hotel after our evening meal. There had been a lot of negative reviews prior to our stay, but we found everything to be fine. Generally as other people have said, there are areas that look a little tired but didn't affect our enjoyment. The hotel is in a great location for the many bars and restaurants in Corralejo. Corralejo is a brilliant resort, plenty to do while being quite laid back. Don't believe the bad reviews, it's absolutely fine, and we would definitely return again.
