Avoid at all costs

So we read the reviews but had already booked it so thought we would give it a try. The pool is very small and all the tiles are broken. The rooms have nothing in them. There is a small tv but no remote control. We paid all inclusive but you can only eat at set times 8am-10am, 1pm - 3pm and 7pm-9pm. So no poolside snacks or anything like that. There's no night time entertainment. We played a game of bingo one of the nights and all the prizes are is an apple. It's ridiculous. The food is diabolical. Not alot of choice at all. And on our last day our transport wasn't til 6.30pm. Well they took our wristband off us and wouldn't serve us any food or drink all day so they just expect you to sit around all day in the boiling heat with no drinks. Honestly avoid at all costs

Right please dont believe all the reviews Stayed in rooms 432/332 Rooms - basic but clean and comfortable fans worked well bathroom bath needed a bit of touch but the beds where comfortable and clean 4/5 Hotel - very clean but dated touch of paint but could see work being done during the stay. Location was fantastic close to harbour great views and 10 mins walk to the strip 4/5 Bar - 2 drinks per person at a time but worked well ice creams where nice cocktails out of a machine but still very good beer was lovely music wasn’t over the top. Diego was fantastic as was all the staff 5/5 Food - wow never once walked out of a meal saying that was poor always fresh and lots of variety. Fruit was amazing fresh. Meal times staff where always running cleaning up and checking if you needed drinks very good service 5/5 Pool - sadly lets the place down but it was still usable just needs draining and fixing a bit lots of missing tiles but was still usable but very cold but that’s not the hotels fault lol Reception - staff amazing always happy to help and advise book taxis via them set pricing and no haggling with taxi driver 5/5 I would stay here again in if came back to lanzorte thank you for the hotel and the amazing staff for a great holiday

Butlins abroad !! The pool was filthy I wouldn’t even go in The food was poor except breakfast and the drinks were watered down a lot Basic rooms but they were clean Only nice side was the location I wouldn’t return to this hotel but the area was amazing Please note it is a 1 key accommodation not 3 as advertised

has potential but ruined by pool

You definitely get what you pay for, its alright in terms of clean rooms and decent facilities. However, the pool is an absolute health hazard, its a shame because this hotel really does have potential, the staff are lovely (especially the older guy who works security at night) but the pool is worryingly dangerous, majority of tiles are missing and covered in mould, always bits in the pool aswell as if theres no filtration/cleaning system. Could be making thousands more if they invested in the pool x

Not as bad as it seems

Was here for a week. Rooms appeared tidy and clean, bed was fine. Door opened with key card, had no concerns with safety. Food was actually really good, we enjoyed every meal, it would be difficult if you were a fussy eater. Some things were repeated but if you are feeding large sums of people from different regions, it’s understandable why this is. Staff were really friendly, our key card stopped working and this was fixed no problem. Eating and dining/bar staff, were really friendly I enjoyed their presence. The pool really needs a good clean, however at times guests would get into the pool at night and this interferes with cleaning cycles etc. The pool tiles were also loose and we seen x2 people with deep lacerations to their feet. It’s also very very deep so if you don’t want a cut, don’t put your feet on the floor. Common sense really. The meal times were abit late. But this could be a cultural thing. The location is good if you like the quiet as it’s pretty out the way, would not be ideal if you had mobility issues but if you don’t mind the walk it was fine. A guest within the hotel had a psychotic episode and climbed onto a balcony, staff responded fast, (not their job) and the police were there fast, staff got mattresses and tried to help. Even after this the staff were supportive and didn’t chuck them out. So that’s a positive Iv been coming to Lanzarote for years and would come back here no problem, drinks were also very good. Yes the maids don’t come every day, but If you keep things clean, then they aren’t needed. You don’t change your bed at home everyday :/. If you want new towels ask. It’s not a problem. Definitely good value for money, typical 3 star. We also came before and asked for a floor room as my family member would struggle with stairs, this was accommodated. Very good.
