BCN Urbaness Hotels Del Comte

We arrived early and immediately from walking in the door we were greeted warmly. We asked to leave luggage and this wasn’t a problem. Check in was easy and the room was spotless. We only had service one day (our choice) and it was like on arrival day again…spotless! When we put DND there was a letter under door asking if we did change our minds they would come and service the room! All staff were extremely friendly and smiley, always greeted you and nothing was too much trouble. The guy on breakfast was always on hand to ask any queries. All the receptionists were helpful and chatty but a special shout out has to go to Maha, she assisted us on making our bookings for days out, was cheerful and chatty, made us feel really at home each time we came in the building and no question was too much trouble, always happy to help and explain to us. I would definitely go back and would highly recommend. A great team, a spotless hotel and fab location! Thank you for making our time in Barcelona special❤️

Really good for the price, the area is fantastic and really clean. The staff were also really lovely and friendly and answered all questions we had. Only downside is that there is no long mirror but of course wasn’t a necessity, other than that I was happy :)

What a horrible hotel. They’re so disrespectful and rude. And I’m reading all of their reviews and see the management cannot take any criticism at all. They are not accountable for any of this hotels problems. This place is a disgrace. Rude desk clerks, no air conditioning (although they advertise that they have air conditioning) and the horrible conditions made this the worst place I’ve ever stayed. It was very HOT in the room. We tried opening the tiny window opening but it didn’t help whatsoever. After hours of guests running up and down the hallways slamming doors, yelling screaming and laughing, I asked that the noise be kept at a lower level. After another hour of constant chaos, I went to the front desk where the clerk wouldn’t even take his earphones out of his ears to speak to me. One of the guests responsible for the noise was at the desk yelling at the clerk but he didn’t respond. Staying at this hotel was the biggest mistake of our travels and I could never recommend that anyone stay here. Sleeping on the street would’ve been more enjoyable. Shame on the manager and staff !!!! You’re doing a deplorable job!!!
