The hotel is located in a quiet part of Barcelona and offers an outdoor pool and a fitness centre. This 30-room, air-conditioned aparthotel was recently renovated in 2006 and offers spacious and well-equipped accommodation with the most modern services. The hotel offers a children's playground, conference facilities and a breakfast room. Room and laundry services and wireless Internet access are also available. There is a car park. All rooms are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and bathroom equipped with a shower, a bath and a hairdryer. The apartments feature a fully equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge, a cooker and a microwave. All rooms feature individually regulated air conditioning and some rooms have a private balcony or terrace. The hotel offers its guests the use of its swimming pool, sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a gym.

Apartment hotel, it has 24 hour reception. It is about ten minutes walk to Valcarca metro. It has lots of places to eat and drink close by. Also some very nice small shops. It does breakfast at 9 euro in your room. Helpful staff. It has Free WiFi.
An incredibly disappointing experience. The room I was initially given was underwhelming and smelled of mold badly. I asked for a refund only for the remaining days so not including the first day and the property manager refused, saying it was non-refundable and made a big fuss that I had contacted expedia first. We had to wait a day to switch rooms, so another night in the horribly damp smelling room. When we moved, the new room was even dirtier than before with hairs and dust as seen from the pictures. The management refused to see if anything was wrong, and as a result we simply left despite having over a week left on the booking. The apartments are below average quality with a tiny kitchen consisting of two electric fobs and poor quality equipment. Breakfast is limited and brought to your room for €9. For the price there are much, much better options in Barcelona. Do not come here if you are unsure! You will be left disappointed. The receptionists are kind and they sympathised with me but were unable to overturn the manager’s decision. I offered to give back the room so they could re sell it during my reservation to try to salvage something, and they re sold it and did not contact me. Poor management and even poorer rooms. Do not waste your money here.
The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms meant we all had a bit of space. The rooftop pool was a real hit. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station which took us into town to see all the attractions.
