Not good. I don't mind basic, but then there is old-fashioned and worn out. Threadbare towels, which got changed 3 times in two weeks. Door locks that didn't lock. Not even a kettle. The room floors don't always get cleaned, so the sand and dust soon build up. The balcony, unfortunately, gives a view into the next-door apartment, so when you're in the room, you've got to keep the door shut for privacy. Dripping water from the air conditioning above goes onto the balcony below. And can you remove the fact that it includes breakfast? No food is served anywhere in the place, and it doesn't have a lift, not that I needed one. But the worst thing was that a small perfume bottle had been knocked off the shelf in the bathroom by the cleaner, and only the large piece was picked up; the rest was left on the floor. Only after seeing the broken piece on the shelf did I realise the rest was still on the floor. I had to use a wet towel to scan the whole floor to get the rest up. They hadn't even mopped the floor to clear the rest of the glass. We had both just showered, and how we never stood on the pieces is incredible. The owners seem to do all the cleaning themselves, and it seems they've had enough, I think. Quite a stressful place

The hotel reflects the price, we wanted a cheap week away. The rooms are clean, but basic. maids come every day apart from Sundays, air-con was 8 euros a night extra. Everything is a bit dated and the showers were pretty much hand held there were no bracket to hook the shower head up. One disappointment was we asked to keep the room on the last day for a shower, we couldn't keep ours. They said there was a toilet we could use to change. Then they found us a room to shower and we paid 40 euros for it. We stressed constantly we just wanted to shower before we left. They never once stated the toilet they referred to had a shower, so we paid 40 euros when we didn't need to. The area around the hotel was full of bars and shops. The beach was under 5 minutes walk and the airport was a 10 minute drive away 20 euros in a taxi.
