Aluasoul Costa Adeje

We stayed at AluaSoul Costa Adeje for 5 nights from 14th July. Due to a flight delay we didn't arrive until around midnight (just into 15th July), but despite the late hour we received such a warm welcome. A special thank you to Cariana on reception. She had already helped me arrange dinner the day before as we knew we would be arriving late, and when we finally checked in she greeted us with a glass of cava, which was such a lovely touch after a long journey. She was absolutely fantastic, as were all of the staff throughout our stay. Our room was stunning and looked newly refurbished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I absolutely loved the giant square pillows! The bathroom was modern with a huge mirror and plenty of space. We were also lucky enough to have a beautiful view where we could see both the mountains (and Mount Teide in the distance) and the sea from our balcony. The location was excellent. Playa La Pinta beach was just a very short walk away, making it easy to spend time by the sea while still being close to the hotel. The food was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a great selection every morning, and we really enjoyed dinner too. The freshly cooked pork served on a couple of evenings was particularly delicious. The cocktails were also perfectly made and a real treat. My husband and I booked this short break to get away from the UK following a sudden bereavement. We hoped for a few days to relax, and this hotel genuinely lifted our spirits. The peaceful atmosphere, wonderful staff and beautiful surroundings made it exactly what we needed. The 12pm checkout was another bonus. After checking out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage while we spent our final day at the beach, and before our evening coach transfer back to Birmingham we were able to use the excellent guest shower facilities. It meant we could enjoy every last minute of our holiday feeling refreshed. Thank you to everyone at AluaSoul Costa Adeje for such a wonderful stay. We had a lovely stay at AluaSoul Costa Adeje and overall the hotel delivered exactly what we were looking for — a relaxing adults-only holiday in a comfortable setting. The hotel was clean, well maintained and had a lovely atmosphere. The location was a real highlight, with a supermarket conveniently located just outside the hotel and a great choice of restaurants and places to eat nearby. It made it easy to explore the area and enjoy evenings out without needing to travel far. One thing we really appreciated was that the pool opens at 9am and there didn’t seem to be any of the usual sunbed wars you can sometimes experience at holiday resorts. It made the pool area feel much more relaxed and enjoyable. Our bedroom was comfortable, quiet and a great place to unwind after a busy day. The blackout blinds were a fantastic touch and made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of hot options, particularly if you like a traditional cooked breakfast. There were also pastries and lighter choices available. The food offering was simple but satisfactory. The entertainment was a nice addition. The quality of the singing acts and live music was great, and Jakob was particularly entertaining and engaging. We enjoyed the pool bingo too. It would be nice to see a few more activities available, such as more quizzes like the music quiz, and perhaps some evening entertainment starting slightly earlier. The music could occasionally be a little loud, but overall it added to the atmosphere. The gym was a useful facility, although it would benefit from a wider range of dumbbells, including some heavier weights, for guests who enjoy strength training. Overall, we had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay. The hotel provided a comfortable base with friendly staff, a great location, good facilities and a peaceful atmosphere. We would happily consider returning.
