Transfers
Don't worry – here's what to do next.
On your way to the hotel
Speak to a TUI staff member (our transfer provider) at the airport. They can help you by getting you on another coach or arranging a taxi to take you directly to your hotel.
On your way home
Contact your hotel reception straight away. They can arrange a taxi to get you to the airport on time.

Your return transfer will usually pick you up from the same location you were dropped off at when you arrived.
To double‑check your pick‑up point, we recommend speaking to hotel reception. They can confirm where departure coaches typically collect customers and make sure you’re in the right place at the right time.

Shuttle transfer pick‑up times can’t be changed, as they follow a fixed schedule with stops at multiple hotels. Your transfer is planned to allow plenty of time to reach the airport ahead of your flight.

Your transfer pick‑up time will usually be available two days before you travel home. We’ll normally send this to you by SMS.
If you haven’t received an SMS, you can also check your transfer pick‑up time two days before departure by visiting the TUI transfer website – they're our transfer provider.

Shared coach transfer:
We'll text you your coach number before you travel. When you arrive, look for the coaches with the TUI logo – that's our transfer provider. If you don't get a text from us, look for a TUI staff member in the coach park. They'll be able to find your coach number for you.
Private taxi:
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area with a board showing your name. If you can't find them, speak to a TUI rep (they're our transfer provider) and they'll point you in the right direction.
