Payments and deposits

Your booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when you booked.

It's a good idea to check your junk or spam folder first, as emails can sometimes end up there.

Most booking confirmations arrive much sooner, but in some cases they can take up to 14 days to be issued.

If you've recently booked and you're concerned that something isn't right, or you've waited longer than expected, contact us via live chat and we'll be happy to take a look.

We know payment issues can be frustrating, especially when you're looking forward to your trip. Here's what to do next:

Try your payment again
Go back to your booking and retry your payment. Sometimes a simple retry works straight away.

Check with your bank
If it fails again, contact your bank to check if there's an issue with your card or account. They can tell you if the payment was blocked and help resolve it.

Keep an eye on your balance due date
Your payment needs to reach us by the date shown in your booking confirmation. If we don't receive it by then, your booking may be cancelled. You can find your balance due date in your booking details.

Your balance must be paid by the due date shown on your confirmation. We can't extend this date.

If we don't receive your payment on time, we may need to cancel your holiday. We really don't want that to happen, so if you're having trouble making the payment, please contact us via live chat as soon as you can.

Yes, you can use different cards for different payments.

For example, you could use one card for your deposit and a different card for your balance payment. However, each individual payment needs to be made with a single card – you can't split one payment across multiple cards.

You can pay in full at time of booking or pay a low deposit with the remaining deposit due later on.

Your deposit, balance, amounts and dates will depend on how close to departure you're booking.

Bookings made more than 90 days before travel:
Pay a low deposit of £30 per person when you book
A top‑up deposit of £120 per person is due 28 days after booking
Your final balance is due 30 days before departure

Bookings made 59-90 days before travel:
Pay a low deposit of £30 per person when you book
A top‑up deposit of £120 per person is due 45 days before travel
Your final balance is due 30 days before departure

Bookings made 31-58 days before travel:
A full deposit of £150 per person is required when you book
Your final balance is due 30 days before departure

Bookings made less than 31 days before travel:
Full payment is required when you book

If you need to cancel after booking with a low deposit, you'll need to pay the full standard deposit amount, along with any cancellation fees that apply.
We know that's not ideal, but we want you to have the full picture before you decide.

Your deposit amount depends on when you want to travel:

59 days or more before departure:
Pay just £30 per person now to secure your booking. The remaining deposit is due a few weeks later.

31 to 58 days before departure:
Pay the full deposit of £150 per person when you book.

Less than 31 days before departure:
Pay the full holiday cost when you book.

This helps keep things flexible when you're booking further ahead, and makes sure everything's confirmed when your departure date is closer.

You'll find more information on our payment options page.
