Your flight – changes and cancellations
Yes, you can cancel your booking at any time.
When you cancel, you'll pay:
There's a £100 charge per person from us, plus any fees from your airline, accommodation or transfer providers.
The supplier fees are different for each booking, so we'll check the exact costs for you.
What you can get refunded:
Hotels: Some hotels offer free cancellation, others charge a fee, and some bookings can't be refunded at all. We'll check what applies to your hotel and let you know of any fees that may apply.
Flights: These can't be refunded. This includes any extras you added to your flight.
Transfers: These can be refunded up until 48 hours before departure.
Airport services and experiences: You need to cancel these directly with the company you booked them through. This applies to anything you booked separately from your main holiday.

Yes, you can change a name, but it involves a few steps because your flight and hotel are booked separately.
Contact us first so we can check if we can update the name on your hotel and any other parts of your booking.
Once we've confirmed we can make the change, contact Ryanair directly to update the flight booking. Ryanair charges a fee for name changes, so check their website for current prices before you go ahead. You'll find their details on our airline partner page.
After Ryanair has updated the name, get back in touch with us so we can update the rest of your booking to match.
About MyRyanair accounts
Ryanair doesn't let you change the email address on an existing MyRyanair account. This means if you're changing the lead passenger they will need to create their own account to manage the flight booking going forward.
