Your hotel – before you travel
Most hotels provide cots for infants and will usually prepare one if an infant is included on the booking. If there isn't a cot in your room when you arrive, speak to reception and they may be able to arrange one for you.
Please note, cots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so availability can't be guaranteed. If you'd like to check in advance, we recommend contacting your hotel directly before you travel.
Bringing your own travel cot:
Many families choose to bring their own travel cot for familiarity and comfort. Some airlines allow travel cots to be checked in as part of your infant's equipment allowance, but policies vary between airlines.
Check your airline's infant travel policy before you head to the airport to confirm their latest rules. You can find this information via our airline partner page.

Some hotel facilities close or have reduced hours during certain times of year when the hotel is quieter. This helps hotels manage their operations when fewer guests are staying with them.
Before you book, check the hotel details on our website to see what's open during your travel dates. This way, you'll know exactly what to expect when you arrive.
If we're notified that any facilities change after you've booked, we'll contact you straight away to let you know.

Your flight reference (or 'PNR') is in there too, in the flight section. It's usually six letters, and you'll need it whenever you check in or contact your airline.

Special requests and preferences are handled directly by airlines and hotels, as they're the ones who can make it happen on the day.
For flight requests (like meal preferences or seating), please contact your airline – you can find their contact details on our airline partner page.
For hotel requests (like room type, floor preference or a cot), please reach out to your hotel directly.
The sooner you get in touch, the better chance they have of arranging what you need, but we can't guarantee that they'll be able to do so.
