Managing your booking and changes
Yes, you can usually change a name on your booking, but fees apply.
To make a change more than 14 days before departure – there's a £30 fee per person from us, plus any fees from your airline and accommodation provider.
To make a change 14 days or less before departure – your airline or accommodation provider may not allow name changes. If they do allow it, fees may be higher and our £30 per person fee still applies.
Important: We need at least one original passenger to stay on the booking. We can't change all passenger names.
How to make the change:
Get in touch with us via live chat and we’ll check with your airline and accommodation to see what’s possible. We'll confirm the total cost before making any changes, so you know what to expect.

Yes, you can cancel your booking at any time.
When you cancel, you'll pay:
There's a £100 charge per person from us, plus any fees from your airline, accommodation or transfer providers.
The supplier fees are different for each booking, so we'll check the exact costs for you.
What you can get refunded:
Hotels: Some hotels offer free cancellation, others charge a fee, and some bookings can't be refunded at all. We'll check what applies to your hotel and let you know of any fees that may apply.
Flights: These can't be refunded. This includes any extras you added to your flight.
Transfers: These can be refunded up until 48 hours before departure.
Airport services and experiences: You need to cancel these directly with the company you booked them through. This applies to anything you booked separately from your main holiday.
Get your exact cancellation costs:
Contact us via live chat and we'll work out a full cost breakdown for your specific booking.
We'd recommend speaking to your travel insurance provider as well to check what you're covered for.
You can also read our cancellation policy in our terms and conditions and agent terms and conditions.

You may be able to switch to a different board basis after booking up until 14 days before departure, depending on your hotel.
Start by checking which board bases your hotel offers on the hotel details page, and choose which one you'd like to change to. Then, contact us via live chat and we'll see if the change is possible for your booking.
What it costs:
There's a £50 per booking charge from us to make the change. Your hotel may also add their own costs on top.
We sell three types of accommodation rates: fully flexible, limited flexibility and non-refundable. The cost to change your board basis will depend on which rate you booked.
You'll need to pay all charges upfront when making the change. After the £50 fee is covered, we'll either add the price difference to your booking balance if the new board basis costs more, or refund you the difference if it costs less.
Before you change:
You'll need to have paid your full deposit before making any changes to your booking. We'll confirm the full cost breakdown before processing anything so you know what to expect.

If you haven't paid your full deposit yet, you'll need to pay this when you make the change.

We can't remove individual passengers from a booking. If someone can't travel, here's what you can do.
Check your travel insurance first
Your policy might cover cancellation costs or let you claim for a passenger who can't travel. It's worth checking before you decide what to do next.
Your options
The remaining passengers can still travel on the original booking. If your insurance covers it, you may be able to claim back costs for the passenger who didn’t travel.
If you need to cancel the whole booking, there's a £100 charge per person from us, plus any fees from your airline, accommodation or transfer providers. These supplier fees vary, so we'll need to check the specific costs for your booking.
Need help deciding?
If you’d like to talk through your options, contact us via live chat and we’ll explain everything clearly before you decide.

We can’t change the number of passengers on a booking once it’s been confirmed, as airline and hotel details are locked in at the time of booking.
If you’d like to add another passenger, what’s possible depends on who you’re adding:
If it’s an adult – you can make a separate booking for them. Just keep in mind that availability and prices may have changed since your original booking.
If you need to add a child or infant – you’ll need to cancel your current booking and rebook with them included, in line with our terms and conditions.
If you’d like to talk through your options, contact us via live chat and we’ll help you work out what’s best.
